God created all things good and beautiful. He created Lucifer with more beauty and skills than the other angels, and placed him over them as a covering cherub.
God gave Lucifer charge over planets and stars in this universe, including planet earth.
Lucifer desired to be as God and rebelled, leading a third of the angels against God. These angels that followed Lucifer are the Fallen Angels who help him rule this dark world. These are the principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, and spiritual wickedness in high places that Paul says we wrestle against in the book of Ephesians chapter six, verse 12.
God cast him and his followers out of the third heaven into the second heaven.
God makes man in His image and after His likeness.
Satan is waiting to attack Eve, not by force, but by appealing to her vanity and pride.
Eve and Adam yield their wills to Satan and God sets them outside the Garden of Eden with Cherubim blocking their way back into the garden.
Christ and the Apostles teach us that Lucifer is now Satan and rules the atmosphere of earth as the Prince and Power of the air. He is the ‘spirit’ that now works in the children of disobedience.
Outside the garden, Adam and Eve see their eldest son, Cain, kill his younger brother, Abel. Jesus said that the devil is a liar and the father of lies, as well as a murderer, from the beginning.
Lamech is the sixth generation descendant of Cain. He killed a man and bragged about it, saying if God was going to avenge Cain seven times, then He should avenge him seventy times seven. Lamech was also the first to introduce Polygamy in the Bible.
God gave another son, Seth, to Adam and Eve; and through his lineage comes Jared, Enoch, Methuselah, and another man named Lamech.
This Lamech has a son named Noah, whose sons were Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
Genesis 6:1-8 tells us that evil ran rampant throughout the earth after Cain slew Abel. Verse five says, “And God saw the wickedness of man was great in the earth and that every imagination of his heart was only evil continually.”
It also tells us that the ‘Sons of God’ saw the daughters of men and they took wives of all which they chose. There were giants in the earth in those days; and after that, when the ‘Sons of God’ came in unto the daughters of men, and they bore children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
According to Answers in Genesis (website), the Flood of Noah was around 2304 B.C.
It took approximately 2000 years from Adam for man to fill the earth with wickedness and imaginations which were evil continually.
There were only a few who were considered righteous before the Lord. Two of these were Enoch and Noah.
Enoch was the great-grandfather of Noah. Enoch walked with God and was not, for God took him. Bible Scholars believe that Enoch never saw death and God took him straight to heaven.
Noah was chosen by God to build the ark.
The men of renown, and of old, of Genesis 6:4, were the children of angels mating with the daughters of men. Dr. Tom Horn, among others, expounds on this fully in his book ‘Forbidden Gates’, as well as some of his other books. He also explains how the angels were able to ‘marry’ women to produce hybrid beings.
Dr. Horn, among others, believes that these ‘Sons of God’, who intermingled with the daughters of men, were originally good angels whom God had set over certain cities and geographical areas of the earth to ‘watch over’ and help man. Daniel 4:13 and other passages refer to ‘holy ones’ and ‘watchers’.
The word for Giants (in Genesis 6:4) is translated Nephilim in other versions of the Bible. If you Google the word Nephilim, you will find some interesting reads. Again, Dr. Horn expounds on the Nephilim in his above mentioned book. Also, ‘The Rise and Fall of The Nephilim’, by Scott Alan Roberts, is a good read.
II Peter 2:4 says, “For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;”
Jude 1:6 says, “And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.”
These good angels then desired the worship from mankind, who they were helping; and in turn, the people who were being helped turned their attention toward these angels or watchers, instead of toward their Creator.
God judged these angels and was so upset with them that he has them held in a special, dark pit with chains, until the time of judgment. Revelation says God sends one of His angels, during the last 3 ½ years of time, to open the bottomless pit to allow these angels of Noah’s Day loose on earth for five months to torment those who serve the antichrist. Jesus said that as the Days of Noah were, so shall be the days when He returns to earth.
There are those, including Derek Prince, who believe that at the beginning, man could see these angels and into the heavens, and that they were aware of the angels around them.
This could explain why Eve was not surprised when Satan showed up in the garden, and why they were comfortable with walking with God in the cool of the day, and why, after they had sinned, they hid themselves from God when they heard His voice, knowing that they had just disobeyed Him, as well as being impure in His sight now with their nakedness.
The Flood was to wipe out the children of these disobedient angels known as the Nephilim or giants, or men of old, men of renown. However, the same verse says these giants were also in the land after the flood of Noah. Remember David slaying Goliath? There are a number of scriptures, that refer to these offspring of the disobedient watcher-angels, throughout the Old Testament. Scriptures that most pastors keep silent about. The scriptures are there and for a reason.
They help us understand the evil that is progressing continually, from Adam until the end of time at the Battle of Armageddon. They will keep showing up as we go along with this study.
Hebrews 2:5 says, “For unto the angels He hath not put in subjection the world to come.” This implies that God has put this present world under the order and authority of angels. The world to come will be ruled by Christ and His believers.
Deuteronomy 32:8 says, “When the Most High divided the nations their inheritance, when he separated the sons of Adam, he set the bounds of the Sons of God.” Some translations say the children of men, but the original says Sons of God or angels.
Daniel was hindered in his prayers by a fallen angel who was referred to by the name, ‘Prince of Persia’. Michael had to come and help Gabriel fight against this prince. The same chapter refers to a ‘Prince of Greece’, confirming that God had originally set angels over geographic areas of the earth.
“Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words. But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia. Then said he, Knowest thou wherefore I come unto thee? and now will I return to fight with the prince of Persia: and when I am gone forth, lo, the prince of Grecia shall come. But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael your prince.” Dan 10:12-13, 20-21
Psalm 82, interesting enough, refers to gods that God judges for their unjust dealings with mankind.
“God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods. How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah. Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy. Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked. They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course. I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the Most High. But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes. Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.” Psalm 82
Job says that there was day when all the angels of God came before Him to give an account of their actions, and Satan was among them.
“Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.” Job 1:6
Psalm 89 says there is a ‘council’ of holy ones before God.
“The heavens praise your wonders, O LORD, your faithfulness too, in the assembly of the holy ones. For who in the skies above can compare with the LORD? Who is like the LORD among the heavenly beings? In the council of the holy ones God is greatly feared; he is more awesome than all who surround him.” Psalm 89:5-7
Moses warned Israel about worshipping the Sun, Moon and Stars, as well as the ‘host of heaven’.
And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them, which the LORD thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole heaven. Deuteronomy 4:19
In light of these scriptures, the Tower of Babel makes a little more sense to us.
Genesis 10:9-10 says Babylon was the kingdom of Nimrod. Nimrod was the son of Cush, who was the son of Ham, who was the son of Noah.
Nimrod began to be a ‘mighty one’ in the earth. A mighty hunter before the Lord.
Some believe this means that Nimrod was one of the offspring of the disobedient angels with the daughters of men, a Nephilim.
Nimrod shows up in the Occult as the same one as Horus, Osiris and Apollo.
II Thessalonians 2:3 calls the antichrist the son of perdition or in the Greek, son of Apollo.
In the last study, ‘Origin of The Kingdom of Darkness Warring Against The Kingdom of Light’, I showed that Apollo is the same spirit that incarnated into the Pharaohs of Egypt and will be the same spirit that possesses the antichrist in the Great Tribulation.
All of this shows that Lucifer rebelled against God and as the Prince and Ruler of this dark world, he has continually waged war against all that God is and all that God stands for, including mankind, who is made in the image and likeness of God.
Eve and Adam obeyed him. Cain obeyed him. Lamech obeyed him. Some of the Watchers or angels over the geographical areas of the earth obeyed him. The earth is filled with his influence by the time of Noah. The earth is filled with violence, idolatry, and immorality.
God sends the flood and saves Noah and his family.
Within one hundred years or so, Noah’s great-great grandson, Nimrod at Babel, obeyed him.
From the courts of God’s throne room in Heaven to the Tower of Babel, Lucifer/Satan has deceived angels and people into rebelling against their Creator/Maker.
No wonder we are told in I Peter 5:8 to, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.”
When Adam and Eve sinned and were placed outside the Garden of Eden, they lost their spiritual sight and spiritual hearing. They could no longer see and hear the angels around and above them. Remember Jesus telling us to have ears that hear and eyes that see? Jesus is speaking of spiritual ears and eyes.
Paul says the god of this world has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they might not see the ‘light’ of the Gospel. He also says Satan is changed into an angel of light, to deceive people into thinking he is a good old boy. He even has ministers and prophets of deception, with their own tables and altars to worship him at.
God created the angels, just like he made mankind, with a ‘Free Will’. We are all free to choose whether we serve God or serve our flesh and this world, and thus the devil. God will not force anyone to do His will. Each has to choose.
These Watchers who fell are chained in darkness below the earth, awaiting their judgment at the White Throne Judgment.
The Giants were killed off by the flood and by war after the flood.
When angels sin, they are eventually cast into the Lake of Fire.
When man sins, he either accepts Jesus Christ as His Atonement or rejects Jesus Christ. If man believes in Christ as the Son of God and his savior, then man is judged forgiven even before he dies a physical death. His works will be judged at the Judgment Seat of Christ after the Rapture of the church. If man doesn’t believe in Christ as the Son of God and as his personal savior, he is under condemnation awaiting his physical death, at which time he goes to hell until the Great White Throne Judgment, when he will be judged according to his works and sent to the Lake of Fire.
When a hybrid angel/man or angel/beast dies, there is no place for his spirit to go to await his judgment at the Great White Throne, so his ‘spirit’ roams the earth as a ‘demon’ on ‘unclean spirit’.
This is why Jesus said in Luke 11:24, that when an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through ‘dry’, ‘waterless’ ‘desert’ places seeking rest … when he cannot find any, he returns to the house from where he was cast out with seven other demons worse than himself.
We need to ‘test’ the ‘spirits’ to see where they come from; because all that professes to be an angel of the Most High, are not. Some of them are angels or demons from Satan himself. See Laura Maxwell’s Post on Test The Spirits and Angels.
The spirits of these children of the giants, who were hybrid gods of half angel/watcher and half human, are still on the earth. The disobedient watcher/angels are chained in darkness until the Great Tribulation. They are still finding bones of Giants all over the world, even in Ohio.
Lucifer/Satan hates God and anything to do with God. When God made man and promised to send the Messiah through the seed of the woman, Satan has tried everything he can think of to stop that from happening. He thought he had won when Jesus was nailed to the cross. Then Jesus showed up in hell demanding the keys of death, hell and the grave. Colossians 2:15 says Jesus disarmed Satan and his powers and made a public humiliation of him. Jesus has now given that same authority over Satan and his demons to His believers. The disciples rejoiced that demons were subject to them in the Name of Jesus Christ. Jesus told them to rejoice that their names were written in heaven.
Satan messed with the DNA or the genetics of man in the Days of Noah, hoping to pollute the lineage to the Messiah. God didn’t allow him to succeed.
His only hope now is to eliminate the Jewish people from the earth before they receive Jesus Christ as their Messiah. In the meantime, Satan will deceive them into receiving a False Messiah and then possess that man to be the son of perdition, and get the Jews to worship him that way.
Satan is still trying to play with DNA and genetics through Alien abductions and scientists manipulating animals with humans using DNA from the bones of aborted fetuses, Giants and Dinosaurs.
Satan continues to seduce people to worship him by living for this world and the flesh. The Days of Noah are being repeated as well as the Tower of Babel in the New World Order or Revived Roman Empire. As in the Days of Noah, people are still asleep as to what is going on in the world around them.
